Don't the Japanese (minus Honda) still sell 2t mx'ers worldwide?

Easy, I haven't read anyone bashing anyone or anything? It's just talk and conversation.

So how many diff manufacturers will be on the line come first race? How many actually have MX bikes?

Gas Gas?
KTM
Husky
TM
Fantic?
Sherco?
Beta?
Yamaha? Do they big bore the YZ? They are the only Jap OEM to stand to benefit.

Who else?

Who knows for sure.....but I would say:

1. KTM
2. Husky
3. TM
4. Sherco - pictures have surfaced over on Cafe Husky http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/she...e.35054/page-3
4. Yamha- YZ 250 w/ Athena 279cc kit

It should be intresting moving forward into 2014.....

I'm a Husky owner and I'm a little disappointed. I spoke with Fred Hoess at the IMOT show in Detroit and he said quietly to expect direct injection 2Ts in 14. I bought a Gasser instead but I was still hoping for good things for Husky. I hope they will be able to separate themselves, but I have a sneaking suspicion it will be the same KTM/Berg format. They are still great machines but not at the expense of losing a manufacturer.

With the KTM/Berg merger and cloning. Wouldn't they (the new owner of Husky) want to stay away from that cloning format and keep it entirely different altogether?

I just saw that the format is for 200cc-300cc 2strokes. So really anyone can play.

I wasn't aware Honda, Suzuki, and Kawasaki are still selling the 2 strokes in other markets. Is this true?

I have no idea, but I don't think Honda makes a 2 stroke any more at all...not even a outboard boat motor....however I may be wrong....
