Connecting rod side clearance?
Anyone know the side clearance for the con rod on a 98 EC250? My main bearings went, but rod seems alright up and down. It's a Hot Rods rod so maybe been replaced already? But want to confirm my side clearances are good too, or I'll have to send her out .

They don't really wear that way.
Either you are going to rebuild it for the security or you are not. Measuring won't help you in any sensible manner.
