Default New House - Track needed.

Ok all we're moving. Just 13 miles. We're downsizing. Oldest is in college, middle will be a senior and the youngest a 9th grader. We just don't need the big house. If I was honest with myself we never really NEEDED it.

Looking at a smaller house with property. Looks like I'll have a complete wooded acre (maybe more) to make an endurocross track. Any thoughts? Any way to build this?

Also there is 100 acres across the street that no one lives on. I'll be tracking down that owner.

criss cross your track in figure 8 (but lots of crossings) you get lots of sweepers and an odd 180 rail rut, if you have slope have the main line up and down if possible (gives you off camber turns = improved riding ability)

1 acre = lots of trials sections ? That means you need another bike

Plenty of slope. I live in the mountains so its harder to get flat. Once the deal is done I'll get a topographical map.

I know but it'll have to wait. At least a little.

Selling a house is a pain. We've had 2 offers this place will be sold by Saturday. One offer is trying to get us out quick. By Aug 1. Going to be a pain

If you don't want to wait, you can download high res topo from the USGS:

(hopefully that link works)
