Default Jetting

Can somebody tell me if the air screw is almost turned all the way in, do I need to go bigger on the pilot jet to enable me to go to the optimum 1.5 -2.5 turns out.

Yup, increasing pilot jet size will require more air in the pilot circuit (more turns out from seated).
