Default Bars

Howdy

Can anyone tell me if there is a higher bend bar the the stock ones? In addition, what bar fits the stock clamp? Would Pro Tapers fit?

I need the highest bar I can find.

Default Bars higher?

What are you trying to accomplish? Do you just want the bars to be higher? I put spacers under the bar mounts that raised the bars about 1". This gave me a better feeling and I like it.

I think that pro taper makes a higher bend but you have to change the mount.

Pro Taper Pastrana bend bars are the highest I know of. Had them on my '03, they fit fine but I didn't like them.

I use Pro-Taper Woods High bars and really like them. I also use the BRP SUB mount so my bars are super high, which I find works for me very well.

Do the Pro Tapers bolt right on, or do they require different mounts?

Do you have oversized (tapered, 1.125" at the middle, .875" at the grip) bars on your bike already? If so you're good to go, otherwise you need mounts for tapered bars. Both of my gassers already had mounts for tapered bars on them. If you need a set, I can sell you some since I no longer need them.

Dingo

Whats up with e dirt? Site down again?

I was thinking about looking at pitbike spacers as they are really high, but will have to find a two bolt system so that it stays safe.
