I know for sure my '98 EC250 front wheel will not fit my '02 EC300.
Different axle diameter. Never tried the rear though.

The wheels will fit but the front will need different bearings to fit the larger diameter of the 07 axle. On the rear wheel one or both bearings along with the spacer on the sprocket side is different and the spacer on the other side may be different.
