Best Grips for Deadening Vibration?

I got back into riding 2 years ago after being off for 15 years and my hands went numb. First time that has ever happen to me. I got it check out and it was carpul tunnel. I try everything grips,flex bars,pills,ice nothing work until i had surgery on both hands last winter. They feel great now 0 numbness now no matter how long i ride.

I have been checked for carpal tunnel and was told that's not what I have, because my numbness starts on the outside of my hand and CT is more common on the inside or thumb and forefinger area.

I also always ride with one or two fingers on my levers. I never ride with a full grip around my grips. But I notice the vibration through my fingertips on the levers, makes my hands go numb too. I'll try some of the other grips mentioned.
