07 300 weight

I just thought I would let you people know what my bike weighs.
I was very surprised....
I do have a scotts damper,hyde plate,pivot pegs, all lighting+ a turntech battery and hid setup.
The bike was full to the brim with fuel also.
It weighed in at a heavy 123kg?

15 lbs of fuel - how much does batt and turntech setup weigh? 20 lbs? scotts damper weighs almost 1 lb - probably over that with mounting hardware...

DRZ400 dry weight is like 320

I am guessing the damper weighs 500g,petrol (say 10 kg), damper mount 1.5kg?, steg pegz 500g hevier than normal? and turnrech batt setup maybe 2 kg including light setup.
All this would definitely be a little lighter than the approx 14.5kg I have guessed above.
So there ya go ay?

Would I be right in thinking that the advertised weight is usually quoted dry?
So you then need to take off, gas, coolant, suspension fluids, gearbox oil?

I know that the mousses I run also add weight to the standard.

Yeh thats right, dry weight.
I too run mousses and barkbusters so it is probably about right I spose.

My '06 EC300 stock out of the crate with lights, turn signals, horn, speedo/odo [no mirrors, no engine oil, no fuel] weighed 237 lb. [107.5 kg].
