Swapping frame from 250cc to 300cc?

Hi all.
I am new here, and i am not speaking english as my native language so please bear with me and my errors in my writings.
My question is can i take my 300cc motor and everything else and put them on 250cc frame?
Problem is that i bought bike that has been crashed, and now papers are saying this bike can never be legally ride again due to damages.
300cc frames are very difficult to find, but 200-250cc it is much easier.
Can i buy frame with legally papers and swap everything from 300cc on it?
I know that it is not legal since motor is bigger but that does not bother me.
Thing that bothers me, will the front end, motor, suspension, all other parts fit on 250cc frame?
My bike is -04 model.

GG 250 and 300 share the same frame. U have to be careful what year bike frame U put your '04 motor on though. Someone else here will know which frame years will fit your '04 motor.

If you have a 04 you can use 03-05 250 MX or enduro are identical 200 not positive but I am pretty sure are the same also.

At least now i know what sort of frame to look at.
Kind of a hard to find, if it was japanese frame i am looking at there would be no problem.
But i have time and patience
