Default 200 with screw in the crank????

I have an 04 ec200 which stopped running last weekend and I found the screw for the crank counterweight lodged inside of the motor which as the result I have to rebuild the motor so that I can ride again. Its looks as if this isn't the only one to do this? what have the rest of you done in this predicament? A breif list of damaged goods: Cylinder, Piston and crank needs to be repaired.
Does anyone know of a place to get crank repaired, preferably someone who has worked on this crank before so that I know it won't happen again.
Someone mentioned a company for the cylinder repairs called Langcourt, has anyone had experience with this company?
So far as the piston, gaskets, etc. I can get from GoFasters.
What bums me out is I just got through replacing the piston to freshen the bike up
One more thing, how about a service manuel? does anybody know where I can get one?
Thanks in advance for help

there is a manual on www.gasgas.es for the 2006 model but i dont believe much changed. form this webiste you can get the service and the workshop manual.
Go to www.gasgas.es and click on english so that its not in spanish.

click on enduro on the left hand side. once that page opens click on the the little drop down box on the right hand side and select 06.

once that loads click Ec200 on the top. it will drop down and say, Enducross 200. click on that.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the links there.

Hope this helps you.

I believe this information is correct for the manuals of Gas Gas's other two strokes like the 125, 200, 250 and 300. For 01-06 not a hell of a lot was changed. 07 will have its own manuals. i dont know how similar the 450's were for this period of time though.
