EC250 2012 kickstart >:(

I and my friend have been broken 2 kickstart in one year. Today i broke it. I did not hit anywhere or did not fall. Just tryed to start bike smooth and it broken.

I read that some old gasgas models can use yz kickstarts. Can i use any other brand's kickstart for ec250 2012 except oem?

They're all pretty much the same (GasGas that is). Search here for the year of YZ250 that fits.

Searched but all of them are for old gasgas models. Not found fits to 2012

The kick start shaft is the same on 2010 vs 2013.

All the way back to 97' gasgas will fit later gasgas. Get a kicker from a yz250 or 250f, mid 2000'S.

You can also use a steel kickstart lever. The Pampara kickstart lever fits great and will never wear out.

It is too late I bought oem again. Thanks for suggestion but i couldnt find pampara. What is it ?

The Pampera I was speaking of uses a smaller, lighter, and less rugged frame than the enduro model, coupled with a older TXT 2-stroke trial engine. The 2002-2005 250 and 280 Pampera uses a steel kickstarter which fits the enduro models perfectly. It is slightly longer than the enduro kickstarter.

Anytime one wants to look at photos of GasGas models of different years, they can go to www.gasgasmuseum.com, and look at them by selecting the year.
