EC 300 2008 popping, not running

Had a ride 2 days ago.
At the end of the snowy ride, not as cold, but moist, bike staggered to run at low rpm's, bogging.
Just a tad revving helped.
It procceded to get worse, until it wouldn't like to rev, it just barely idled.
Sometimes it cut of with a pipe bang.

Sparkplug was rich black, while it is pretty much always on the dark brown side.
Bike was completely overhauled 15hrs ago. Settings in the signature.

I thought vent hoses got snow choked, but it is hard to clean them on the fly an be sure of it.

at 46:40 some stuttering began, revving helped, it sorted out.

Was close to home already, no worries.

Could be partially flooded sparkplug due to wet air and pretty much low rpm'ish ride.
Clogged air vents

This happened in the past, before overhaul, when creek riding, except this time it never coughed off completely.

I had not fallen into, submerged, gotten water on electricity whatsoever.
Airfilter prepped just before ride.

Otherwise, bike's a real low rpm beast, with controlled transition on the pipe.

I ran a 35 PJ yesterday, weak idle like that, occasional bogging, not even nearly as bad as yours. You're riding around in clearly freezing temperatures at an unknown elevation. At my elevation of 4500ft I wouldn't go for a good ride at freezing temperatures without a 40 minimum.

At least try a 38. You're probably lean all over the place.

This problem was resolved in night time riding.
Spark was skipping from sparkplug cable to water hose.
They were stuck together because Ive incorporated a fan, which pushed the hose towards cable.
Fan removed, distance between cable and hose enlarged, problem flew away.
So electric, not jetting problem.
