Switch mounting link??
I'm sure I've seen a link on here on how to re mount your light switch onto the left hand coolant pipe? It had loads of pic's and also included repairing wires onto the trailtech speedo?
Anyone seen this? |

The light switch you just move. You may have to unplug it to re-route the wiring. But .... if I was you I'd rig up a separate kill switch because you are not going to reach it in a hurry down there.
Don't know about the Trailtech. What do you mean by "repairing" wires? |

It showed the wires fraying where the speedo had rubbed against the head light. It was really good, I'll post it up here if I find it.

If fraying is a problem the obvious solution is re-routing and securing the wires so they don't rub. Alternately you can just put something over the wires to protect them. I have in the past used plastic tubing or just wrapped electrical tape around. This is no good if they rub a lot.
