450 FSR what should stator output be please

2007 GasGas 450 FSR

can anyone tell me what the stator output should be on 2007 GasGas 450 FSR

I can't find it in the motor or owners manual

i measured 5-6VAC between a wire and the frame, ~23VAC between wires
