i am just after what pressures you guys run in your tyres? front and back? cheers

Around 10. M59 front, S12XC rear. 2 more PSI for rocky areas. It's going to vary big time depending on conditions and what tires people are running.

I run 4-6 psi depending on the coarse...Oh wait that's the Trials bike...

12-14 front and back. Never spun a tube yet. Makes ya cringe a bit hitting a big rock a higher speeds but I haven't had a front flat for some years either.

i run 7psi front and rear with tubliss..

I run 8 in the rear with a mt43 and 10 up front, both with heavyduty tubes. I have a Tubliss waiting for the mt43 to wear out. I'll run less then.

tire pressure is just like suspension settings its adjusted to change how the bike handles that being said start with 12 and adjust up or down as needed for your bike, riding style and conditions.

MT43 with Tubliss @ 6 1/2 in the rear and knobby in front @ 11psi with standard tube.
