Default Seal replacement on conventional 45mm Marzocchi?

I am hoping someone can give me advice on replacing the seals and scrapers on my conventional 45mm Marzocchi forks, off a 97 EC250. This is my first bike, so I have little to no experience working on bikes. However, I am an experienced BMW mechanic with access to a fully equipped European repair garage. Is this a complicated procedure? Are special tools necessary?
I don't have a manual for the bike or the forks. Am I screwed without this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have a 2.1MB .pdf file for the Marzocchi 45-50magnum forks.
I could send it to you or if someone would tell me how to download
it to the tech manual section that would be great.
Maybe I can attach it to a PM to you.

Go here for the repair manual for $6.95

http://www.repairmanual.com/motorcyc...6/0/7940/13841

and this site may help you also

http://www.marzocchi.co.uk/techinfo.html

Lots of info on the old Marzocchi conventional forks on KTM Talk. You would need to register and do some searching. I have the bigger 50mm Magnums on my 97 250 KTM and they are a nice plush fork. Great for traial riding and rocks.

Default 2006 EC300 front fork leaking

I'm hoping this issue has been addressed and that someone can give me the link that will assist me in repairing my leaking front shock. The puddle on the garage floor needs to go away.
