What makes you think its a jetting issue?

an 02 is now 14 years old.. When did she last get a piston/rings? How are the main seals? Reeds? When was the spark plug last replaced? What jetting is in the bike now? How does it actually run? What have you tried to resolve the issues so far?

Brand new piston and rings, don't know about the main seal, reeds are in decent shape, don't know the jetting now, brand new spark plug, bike runs great when a new plug is put in, just tried putting a br9es instead of br8es to burn hotter

The NGK 9 plug is cooler than the NGK 8.
