Default The gasgas experience!

I recently purchased a 2018 ec 300! Bike looks great but it has been 2 + weeks and still have no certificate of origin so I cant register to ride in the state forest, does anybody know how I can get directly in touch with gasgas to let them know how dissatisfied I am and need to have this resolved ASAP?

Steve.

The dealer has to contact GasGas directly to release the documents.
They should have given you a bill of sale, so you present that to your Forest service.

Thanks for the info! I keep getting promises from the dealer and now it seams as though everything has been lost in the mail with little or no response from gasgas . I have to also register for the road for the riding I do and at this point I feel like someone that gives a kid a toy and tells them they can?t use it! I do have a 2001 gasgas ec 250 but I need to get out on this new bike!!!!

It took a couple of weeks for me to get all my stuff in the mail as well, I wouldn't panic just yet.
