Default ReSpringing for weight

I'm 6'3" 240lbs and need help. No not losing weight HaHa. I need suggestions for good spring combinations. I am leaving disk brake rub marks on the upper fork and tire marks on the muffler at the rear. I ride trails etc but also like to jump at the track. I ride a 05EC250. I know I need to spring to my weight but What do I do to ensure a balanced suspension. I have a stock ohlin 888 on the back and the 45 marzocchi's on the front. It was suggested to me that the Ohlin stock has a
596-10, stock on my bike, which is a 52N/mm spring. I was told to try a 596-15 which is a 62N/mm spring. what k factor of marzocchi fork springs do I need to match up to the rear spring. The K factor on the stock springs is said to be K=4.2.

Help please if you can. Thanx in advance.

Im at 220 lbs (100kg) without gear, I have the 62 N/mm rear spring, and fork springs (K=0.48 kg/mm). This is on the heavier FSE 450.

I'm 250 lbs and run a 5.7Kg rear spring and 0.46 front both with very little compression. But I'm riding woods, if I go to a MX track it'll bottom too much.

I'm 6'3" & 350lbs & I've got .57kg in the forks & a 7.5kg on the shock with an LTR re valve. Awesome in the rocks & roots I usually ride in.
