Default Gas gas 300 squish question

I have red alot about this.
I started another post about heating problem. I just installed a heating fan so there is no problems any more.
I had 1,6 mm and the bike runs fine. Now i have 1,9 and the bike blurp alot,
at low speeds and feels whay slower. And more fuel consumption. I have the correct jetting.
On the other thread you tell me 1,6 mm is to much without machine head?
How about s3 inserts?
And another guy on this thread got down to 1,2mm without machine head?

http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=12558

I hope i can get a correct answer thanks..

guess under 1.5mm with no compression correction might have pinging problems, extra heat and wear....etc

If you felt everything was right without the extra gasket on the 1.6, then stick to that till you find the chance to do the head properly...

Will depend on what fuel you can run. Here's my thread to read more. I get off topic to the end but it comes right.
