Default UPS insurance for cylinder
How much should I insure my cylinder for when sending it by UPS for re-plating. (GG 300)

I would look on the parts fiche over on gofasters.com and see how much they go for; Since the true replacement cost would include shipping, I would add a few bucks to cover that as well.

fyi - I just looked and the retail price is $859.99.
