2015 ec250 pv nut/cover loose

hi guys i went to remove the 27mm nut that covers the power valve adjust and it just spins. The treaded part in the engine case moves with the nut. Does anyone know if it has a securing nut on the inside or it should be a press fit and not move? cheers

The male threaded insert is press fitted and held in with Loctite.
From the cut away view, looks like it just slides out.
