Gasgas ec300 -18
Is there some one else that having problem with the Bike is getting to warm when riding hard in 1,5 -2hour?
Jetting is fine and it runs great. it get realy warm and it almost start pinging. Start woundering if it is the radiators or is it the crappy head that is the problem? |

Have you taken the waterpump cover off to check the condition of the impeller? Do you have a thermostat in one of your rad hoses? Remove it and test it in some boiling water (or leave it out).

Did you get your ECU updated with the new mapping?

There is a new map in and the impeller works fine. I heard there was a few people that got new radiators, becuse there was to smal holes in them.
Start woundering IF thats the case for me,,,, |

You may be boiling the fuel in the tank.
Hot fuel can cause pinging. |
