Default nedw question

i have a 2012 300 ,running a nedw 3rd clip, 175 main 40 pilot
i thought things were fine till i got a go on a 03 300 the power was smooth from right of the bottom, mine seems to have no bottom end and goes off like a firework at the top end .
my question is is there anything i can do to smooth the power out on my bike ?

Lots, but they're a bit more involved mechanically.

Drop the cylinder (move the power curve down through port timing, and increase compression).
Check the powervalve tension, and consider shimming the governor to slow the rate that the PV opens and delay when it opens.

Retard ignition timing (both at the flywheel and through the cdi)
Head mod (reduce squish, correct piston to head angle, set compression ratio)

There are loads of things you can do. Jetting is a small part of the puzzle, but sometimes you can go around in circles chasing something when it could be something else.

How many hours have you got on her now?

I've said it elsewhere, and you've probably read it too, but the head mod is the first thing I do. Makes the jetting fall into place perfectly. Cleans up any bottom end burbles.
