Putting a 250 top end on a 300??

Any one ever try it? If so, what kind of outcome was there? Waste of money? Quicker revving?

This is an easy swap and the end result is that you get a 250. The bottom ends are the same for both the 250 and 300.

I've went both ways: made my "01"300 gasser into a 250 and my "07" 250 gasser into a 300. 300s have more bottom end but the 250 has plenty if you gear it a little lower than the 300. For me the 250 is definitely more fun and easier to ride. My current ride is a 2011 250.
