2001 factory carb settings

Could someone advise me on a good starting point for my Air screw and fuel screw on my 2001 ec250.

I've had carb apart to clean it, and not sure what settings were (my fault, forgot to check)

About 1.25 to 1.5 turns out from seated (don;t seat it hard, just softly to start)
