GG going to use the x-lite motors from defunct Italian Husqvarna?

I read a post on KTM talk stating GG would no longer be using the Yamaha motor in the 250 4-stroke and instead sourcing the x-lite motors from the former Italian Husqvarna vendor. Is there any truth to this? Certainly a better motor.

I am not sure if it is completed or not but when we met with the factory at the Oklahoma Enduro this was in the negotiations for the future. Yamaha doesn't want their newer version engine in the GasGas in the US (feel threatened somehow). So GasGas wants to go away from that engine entirely so they can bring 4 stroke bikes back in to the US market.

Are you saying that the x-lite is a better motor than the Yamaha???
