Default lifetime warranty sidewinder??

Has anybody used any of the Sidewinder chains and sprockets? I'm curious about the lifetime warranty they offer.. and the cost? I imagine you have to buy a full sprocket/chain set to qualify and it probably isn't cheap.
The way I keep stuff I could probably put them out of business if they really back it up!

The center of the Sidewinder rear sprocket has an oversize center so it doesn't touch the hub. My brother talked to Sidewinder and the reason was the sprockets were very hard breaking the hub in some cases so they oversized the center of the sprocket. I personally don't like the idea of the sprocket centering load path being through the bolts.

I have never used a Sidewinder product.

You may want to do a search of other sites to see how their customer service treats warranty issues.
