Default 11' 250 r wiring

Well I have my bike back together to ride tomorrow...almost. I don't know which wires my map switch connect to in the airbox, there isn't a matching set of wires.
I have the cd manual, but it doesn't have a wiring diagram . And if it does I don't know how to access it. Does anybody have or know where I can find this info? If not can I run without the map switch connected without damaging ignition?
Thanks

There are 2 single wires coming out of the cdi. A black and an orange. Those are the pair for the map switch. The other wires from your cdi are grouped together. The bike will run fine without the switch and I believe it will be in sunny mode, but I stand to be corrected.

The bike will run fine without the switch. Basically its just 2 pins/wires from the CDI that are joined together (Sunshine) or Open (Rain mode). The switch just extends this wiring to a length that you can flick with your finger.

Default map switch wiring

I can't get the bike to start, i'm thru. Orange n black from ecu doesn't work. Frustrated. I don't understand how it doesn't have color matched wiring. I guess i'll try again in morning, but at this point I will be riding the kxf

And i'm hoping I don't have to mess with the carb, since I had that apart too

Map switch won't make any difference to starting. I'll go check my wiring for you and take a photo. K

What happens with the starting? Got spark? Got fuel? Choke on?

I was trying to get it to fire quickly before dinner. I will check the basics when i go back out to it. And double check the other wires i disconnected in my attempt to remove the subframe. But i believe two of them color matched-kill switch? but then there is several unused wires w/ male and female connections. The map switch blk wire- i matched to black out of ecu, but the other switch wire{don't remember color} i connected to orange.

I didn't even get a pop out of it, fresh mix of super @ 40:1.

Thanks for the help- Greatly apreciated

I looked at wiring and i see that 1 of the connections is wh/blu to wh/blu, but the blu is different shade. I would imagine that is a match, but it looks like diff colors unless you look closely. Also the map switch is connected blk to org out of ecu, and the other to blk out of ecu. could not connect blk to blk because of male/female connector difference.

I've got to go back down and check again. If you download the wiring diamgram (located in the user manual) from www.gasgasmotos.es it'll all become really clear

My photos weren't. I got sidetracked by a visitor in the workshop!

I have the user manual saved. I also took some more photos for you. It appears in real like the switch hooks up opposite to the diagram but no issues there. http://www.gasgasmotos.es/en/manuals...11_en.pdf.html

Here is the switch block wiring. Black and Orange from the CDI to the 2 cables of the switch. Male/Female

And heres the rest of the bundle (white/blue and yellow/green)

Default wiring

Thanks for the pictures- it's a help being able to see it. Looking at the six days wiring, I see the only color matching is the wh/blu to wh/blu. My only worry is that I damaged the cdi, if it got voltage where it shouldn't have. I will find out first thing in morning
