Adelaide EnduroX Helmet cam vids.... How to???

I have 3 helmet cam races( 2 + one practice), and want to know the easiest way to get them here?
They have been taken with the cotour 1080 and are currently downloaded into realplayer on my computer.
They keep staggering in the computer( I think cos I have an old laptop and the vids are Hi def).
Any ideas or help?
By the way , this was the best fun I've had on a bike in ages... very tiring though.

I am sure there is more than one way to do it but my suggestion is to download free Picasa3 program then upload to Picasa web albums then post link on this site so we can all enjoy videos.

I am not sure whether I have the correct link.
In this race I was third, The first place getter was an expert enduro racer, the second an experienced and decorated rider from all facets of dirt riding, then me with my 6 years of riding then the rest.
Ten blokes started, four dropped out and six of us were left.
