ec450fse clutch conversions?

I picked up a 2005 in January. It has the Adler slipper too. Clutch was sorta sluggish. Ripped it a part and 5 of the inner plates seen heat at some point. Put a DP disc and plate kit in but as I tightened the 3 bolts down the one bolt tower collapsed.

Wondering if anyone has put a Rekluse or really any normal clutch assembly in instead?
