Default Ec200 2006 keihin carb

Hi I'm in the south uk,and it's a ec200 2006 with a keihin pwk 38 airstriker carb,im struggling to find which precise parts I need to build the carb,any help would be great,thanks

Do you mean rebuild? If so, complete kits are available from Jet-R-Us.

why do you need a rebuild? any problems with the bike?

ok so i ditched the carb and went and got a different one from a garage still keihin carb, same setup just not the airstriker version,put in new plug br8 eg,she started on first kick but was smoking alot and spitting spooge out of the exhaust,and seemed boggy,the bike started about another 2 times after this over a 15 minute period, but now wont start ?

Bad main seals - sucking trans oil into the combustion chamber?

Jetting way too rich? Enricher circuit open all times?

Is the "new" carb a pwk38? smaller body with same jets would tend to run richer (higher flow velocity with smaller carb bore creates higher pressure differential, drawing more fuel into the cylinder).

its the same size keihin pwk 38,but its not a quad vent one like the original,they said they have put the same jets as my quad vent has in it
