2017 ec250 to a 300 cylinder and head swap wit terrible rattling noise

Hi Everyone ,I new to the gasgas forum I?ve been riding orange bikes for the last 15 years .Anyway I Purchased a 2017 ec250 demo last year and decided to do a 300 cylinder swap .I bought a new s3 cylinder and s3 star head with the red insert ,new s3,power valve also a 300 vertex B piston . After putting it all back together and starting it up I?m getting a terrible rattling noise So I took the clutch side case off and adjusted the power valve tension bolt I have very little slop now at stops on the head .but I?m still getting that rattling noise .Any suggestions would be appreciated

If you can post a video it might be helpful. Is the rattle consistent or only at certain times?
