Too many wires 03 EC125
Bought an 03 EC 125 for my boy. Scored it for $800 bucks with new topend and new FMF exhaust. Took suspension off for a service and man are there a bunch of wire on this bike!! Can I get rid of all unnecessary wiring? I dont need a taillight, head light, horn, turn signals and brake light. All I want is a kill switch. Bought new plastic and got rid of headlight and taillight. Is this possible?

Sure, I did the same thing to an '03 EC250 that came with the full Euro harness. You should have seen the floor when I was done! All you need is the ignition wires to/from the CDI, coil and kill switch. Tape of the yellow (and white if you have a 2K-3 ignition) power wires. You may need a kill switch as I remember the factory kill switch was part of the switchgear on the bar. Much cleaner and simple without all that junk.

Yes, just trace from the CDI and stator, all else is removable.
