Default Sachs manuals?

My 09 EC300 is equipped with Sachs both at front and rear. Since the suspension is too stiff and high for my type of riding (and leg lenght ) I want to tinker it a little bit. I can't find manuals for my forks and shock though. Users manual that came with the bike is not much of help. Any advice?

P.S.
I'm completely ignorant of suspension tuning, but I'm trying to educate myself.
