I think the cap is interchangeable with a ktm... Folks used to use ktm with higher pressure, etc.

Radiator repair places are available that will fix even a very contorted radiator... Just search "motorcycle radiator repair" on google.. A quick search found this one on east coast...

Myler's doesn't have them listed for the 04 model, 07 is the earliest listed. Anyone know if they are the same?

I don't think they are exactly the same, but I do believe you will be able to use it. I haven't tried it myself, though.

I just tried to fix a hole in my 10 radiator - the guy that did the work said the ktm cap does not fit so confirm this for your model before buying a ktm cap

I have a spare pair I bought on here a couple years ago but never used. One of them has a braise repair but they don't leak.
