2013 300ec kickstart sticking?

Kickstart sticks down sometimes, took everthing apart, all looks good inside. Took apart twice and second time it started working fine for awhile but now sticking again. any ideas??

The return spring could not be wound tight enough. I had this happen on my 07'.
