I have some questions:

How many hours has the inserts been used?
Are they set up for a specific type of riding / skill level / terrain?
There seems to be springs in the box. What is the spring rate of the springs?

Unknown amount of hours. Ill guess maybe 30-40? I didn't own the bike long. The TTX parts were removed and the bike was traded in. It has been sitting here in my garage for several years.
Fork inserts and shock are both stock as they come from Ohlins. I used them to ride enduros, harescrambles, and trails. I definitely like them better than the stock Marzocchi forks.
Part number on fork springs :02428-43/L1912
Shock spring: 6310-11/54 L3913
Extra shock spring 6310-10/52 L1512
Based on the part numbers, Ill assume the spring rates are .43 forks and 5.2/5.4 for the shock.
