It depends on your browser and how the page is treated, whether it adds a control bar or not in a window that is not a new tab. IE 8 does this in the few times I have used it, at least in the default setup. Firefox and Safari no problem. Worst case use the forum index tree to go back until you can figure out how to set up IE. Sorry I don't use it.

my last laptop with Vista was that way. Use the "Backspace" key.

I had that problem when I saved the home page of the site in my favourites , the trick is to navigate to the forums part first and then save the site into your favourites/bookmarks.

Its the way the link has been generated from the home page. It specifies to open in a popup window as opposed to a full browser

href="javascriptpenpopup_27b5('http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/index.php')"

I just navigate to www.gasgasrider.org/forum to get a page with all the buttons As others have said. Add it to your favourites!
