Default Headlight upgrade?

Does anyone know of any headlight upgrades for a 2013 gasgas? I'm going to do a 24 hour race and will need some good lighting for the night stints. Any recommendations?

Electric start bike? If so, check out this one http://www.apexillumination.com/moto...nt-harness-kit It's not the cheapest but by no means the most expensive either. Plus, I know the guys who run the business. They are local AMRA series racers and good guys.

I can only recommend the Enduro-Tech light that I use. I am very pleased with it.
For night racing, I would add a helmet light. But be warned: you will run into a power supply issue if using two lights. My 2015 OEM Gasgas generator drives the Enduro-Tech light, but nothing more. I carry a battery for the helmet light in my Camelbak.

Also worth looking at the Baja Designs Squadron lights https://www.bajadesigns.com/products...e-Lighting.asp

There are several different options for suppliers of auxiliary lights if you prefer to add extra lights rather than replacing/upgrading the current unit. Auxiliary lights are not as neat but are easier to swap between bikes.

Another option would be to simply fit an LED H4 bulb (may also need a DC reg if you are only running AC). It might not be quite as good as the BD or enduro-tech options but it is sure to be a lot cheaper.

This outfit has a few choices if you want to add extra lights instead of using the stock headlight housing.

It's a 2013 ec 200. No electic start. I have only used lights on a dirt bike in an emergency ride back to the truck. I don't really plan on riding at night much so I don't really want to sink a lot of money into lighting for one race.
How can I tell if my bike is running ac or D.C.?

If you have access to a multimeter, the simplest thing would be to measure the voltage at the light bulb.

However, from what I can see in the 2013 user's manual , the 2013 bikes have AC.
