Default wtt - 2004 husky te450 for 200-250-300 gasgas....

2004 husqvarna te450 - i set it up for 170 lbs, it was set at 230lbs (my previous weight...) when i lost a buncha weight, the bike felt real big to me.. i'd like to go back to 2 strokes...

this was my main dirt ride, and i'm looking for something lighter/smaller.....getting older and would like to just squirt around....

i'm looking for a nicely setup de/ec200,250,300 - something i can do tight single track, trail ride and still climb hills with..

upgrades:
IMS bigger tank ( 3.2ish?)
original stock tank.
factory connection fork revalve
fork springs for 2 weight settings. (170-190 and 190-230ish)
brp top triple tree
fcr41 carb + hot start...
jd jet kit + jets a needles (3) for different temps/elevations, also asst'd jets (pilot, main, leak)
uptite skid plate
uptite coolant y
motosportz chain guide
newish lower chain roller
scotts dampener mount (i'd like to keep the dampener....) + bar risers
cycra bark busters
3 mufflers (crd (currently on it), stock muffler in beautiful shape, and a stock muffler cored.)
1 extra complete exhaust headers/etc.
2 new front sprockets (13 and 14)
1 new rear sprocket (48)
moose fender bag
4 spare spokes/nipples (front and rear)
anti-auto retract kickstand nut (if i can find it..)
spare battery (6 moths old)
trail tech headlight
wheel bearings replaced under 100 miles ago
sprockets and chain on bike are less than 100 miles old.
extra set of steering neck bearings.
r&d flex air screw
brake pads less than 100 miles ago
spare oil filters (2 left i think)
tugger (it would be nice if i could keep it..)
trail tech headlight.

if you don't want the ram mount, and the rollchart, i use them..
it also has an endurance trail tech meter, but it broke... the wiring is still there..as is magnet/pickup/mount.
racetemp strips on radiators and motor..
replaced autodecomp valve lifter in head with updated beefy one.. notorious wear part.
new fork seals 100 miles ago.
seal savers.
stock skid plates
probably more wear parts. gotta look around.

exhaust valves were replaced with stainless and new springs 300 miles ago.
intake valves are still titanium (usually the exhaust valves go bad.) i have the spare updated intake valve replacement springs....just not the valves.

i will check valve specs, and replace shims to bring in spec if they are not. valve adjustments on the huskys are the easiest of any 4 stroke i've ever worked on - maybe 10 minutes max. and valves don't recess/screw up often - these motors are tanks.

electric start motor rebuilt professionally 6 months ago.

bike runs and rides great. electric start works good. pulls front end up easily. revs up fast, idles nice. will climb anything. i maintained this bike vigorously. oil changes (10-50 synth) every other ride or 100 miles (whichever came first). shifts, starts, everything as it should. no frame issues, no wheel issues (1 missing spoke..but i've included 4 spares..). no leaks. i've upgraded this bike to 05-07 specs - aside from bodywork, it's basically identical.

i do not have a title, but i will have a title january of 2010 (my title method only works on bikes 6 years old or older. i've titled literally 100's of bikes this way, and i guarantee a title. YOU WILL GET A TITLE JANUARY OF 2010 - 6 months!)

the bad:
bars are bent. plastics have scratches. seat dzus fastener is missing ($10 from halls..i've lost 2, not buying anymore.) seat has a minor tear. rear tire is rounding off..frame has boot wear. the right air deflector is cut down. it got in the way. i busted the high/low light switch off - but it still works.

i can possibly deliver /meet half way, depending on distance.

i can ship this bike anywhere in the continental us for $400 or less, depending on distance.

for the crappy pictures, i had a drop of water on the lens. i just cleaned bike with a hose, didn't detail it out or anything..(obviously)

i will also sell bike outright...
