Default Torque setting for steering head nut?

Anyone know the Torque setting for steering head nut on top of the triple clamps? 2013 300r, but I assume they are all the same?
Not good when your wiping off WD-40 and it spins loose

Thanks mate, that'll do it. For future reference it is a 30mm nut, the table has "20?".

20mm is the 'bolt' size, for instance standard fitting on a 6mm bolt is a 10mm wrench........

I personally just tighten up the lock nut until everything is snug, then back it off finger tight. Use a 1/2 driver with the 30mm socket and do it up until its tight. 20Nm isn't much at all.

I know on my old 2002 XC the nut was aluminum along with the stem. Just wanted to state the obvious before everyone out there reading this just starts cranking away to YZ specs! Not sure when this changed as I haven't owned or worked on a GG newer than 2005-6 in the shop, but I think they were aluminum up thru those years.

Do you not have an owner's manual for your 2013 300r.
http://www.gasgasmotos.es/en/manuals.html
Per the manual it says 20 Nm

I do have the manual, is it really in there? I could not find it lsited, do you know the page number by chance?

Thanks Jake, I don't normally use torque numbers, so your I'll just take your advice and check it after the first ride.
My mate had to use a 2 foot breaker bar to loosen the one off his TM300 from the factory, so glad I didn't use his 'advice'.

Read my post again - sorry I was not trying to be such a jerk about that. Sorry
It depends on which manual you use.
I use the 2013 Factory Replica Manual as it is the most current one.

All good - i'll just use the 'torque it till you think it's tight enough' method i think.
Cheers
