So I have tested the resistance of the stator following this

my reading were

104.6
17.6
0.5
0.3

TEMP was higher than 20 deg c so will re take later when its cooler

re test approx 25 deg c was
102.5
17.3
0.5
0.3

with the readings i have would that cause it to have no spark?
or could it still be a bad earth loose conection etc

any help would be great thanks

Hey mate, the readings you have are in the ball park according to the expected resistance .
1) Have you taken the spark plug off and earthed it out to the frame to check if you have any spark?
2) Have you confirmed your coil connections are ok?

What exactly did you do with your transformation?.

1 - yes earthed to engine/frame - no spark

2 - have checked all conections on coil and disconnected kill switch

3 - with the transformation I removed subframe etc but mostly left wiring alone

how would i know if there is an earth problem have checked earth on top triple clamp and have 3 earthson coil mount where they have always been regulator, coil, and the black wire that comes with the yellow regulator in wire.
Checked both ends of the spark plug lead, the 3 connections near the top shock mount (not sure what they are lighting mabye.)

unless there is a broken wire somewere or cdi problem im not sure but it was running fine before i started messing with it

Dont know what to do next any ideas?

Take another look at the wiring from the stator. Specifically the wires from the ignition pickup and the ignition source winding on the stator (larger winding that is different than the others).

Any unwanted grounding will prevent spark creation. Also check that your coil is securely mounted to the frame.

GOOD NEWS WE HAVE SPARK

the white and blue wire going to the coil must have had a bad connection

after Neil's post I went back to check that the coil was earthed properly once i removed the coil noticed that connection was loose.

Thanks for the replies
