Shiver 45mm Compression clicker leak
My compression clicker is leaking like a sieve. I am assuming that it is a bad internal o-ring and maybe some dirt.
I have the lower compression (nut) unit out but that is as far as I can go. Replacing the larger external o-ring while I'm at it. I can not figure out how to disassemble the unit to extract the screw. No snap rings that I can see? I have attached a few photos. Any tips are appreciated! -Adrian Note: The bike is a 2009 GG six days (allegedly) Forks didn't have markings so making the assumption it is a shiver 45mm due to diameter and physical appearance. The Marzocchi shiver manual was no help. Last edited by adriangtzxr; 04-13-2020 at 07:44 PM. |

Issue solved, it was swedge from factory. Took the soft metal down until it was flushed and popped off the washer. This allowed for the screw to back out.
