He wants a hit, and the FMF hits harder in the middle than the Messico, Doma or GasGas pipes.

I am sure you can because some american bikes come with a 100W stator with a DE flywheel.

This is incorrect. The lighter 2K-2 system on the DE is good for 35W. Basic enduro lighting only.

Funny, my 07 has a bright headlight that works pretty well for getting home after dark. Wouldn't want to race Baja with it, but it works well enough that it's not a big deal if it gets dark. The halogen bulb is great.

i have the 35w stator, with a polisport 35w head and an acerbis 15w led tail. as long as the bike is idling or above my lights are fantastic. bright enough to meet local street requirements, and more than enough to ride home after dark. my only problem is i havent got a switch yet, so i have to switch wires to change hi/lo. hi suxors in the snow i tell you whut, its easier to drive in the dark!

The 35W 2K-2 provides decent light for enduro use, and getting back home after dusk. If your having issues replace the voltage regulator and check/clean all connections. I've seen a regulator go bad and load the stator down to the point of the light being yellow at high revs. Not good for the stator either.
