I would agree with the guys above about the spring being stiffer than it could be for you. And I'd agree that the spring balance might be off a bit, too.
Another, and to me, simpler option is to just put a spacer inside the shock so it can't extend so far. I do this all the time for people, both in the fork and in the shock. |

I'll agree too, an '07 is a bit soft up front with a 5.4/.44 combo. The '12 seems balanced very well for me, but I'm going stiffer on both ends.
