Default Oil level on 43mm fork

Hi

I have resently bourght at very unloved EC250 2t, and have some things i can't find out. But as far as i can find out the gear oil is Synth 5-30 oil aprox 900ml, but what about fork oil, and level. Something else i find odd, every where i look it says that it is a 6 speed, but mine is missing 2??

Hope somebody can help

Engine says ec25 somewhere under the engine vin, just as frame plate and vin on the frame head. The seller wass a duce bage, but engine stars 1.kick and sounds healthy. I thourght it wass a ec250 but now im not shure.
Might be worth opening the engine.

Just looked and my MC250 has EC25 on the engine.

What size rear tire 18 or 19 does it have or had lights do the wires come out of the ignition at 10 or 2 o'clock
