03 fse 450 wiring diagram and manuals starting help

Can anyone let me have copy of anything you have. All I can get is manuals/ wiring for 05 model from gas gas spain site. could all be the same but not sure. just bought bike had ec 250 stolen 2 years back just managed to get enough money together to get this. fancied 4 t for a change but finances very limited hence this model. bit slow to start up when i viewed, but rode well enough. everything cut out while ticking over after test and turned out to be 25a fuse gone. whats that for? replaced and ran again ok. got it home and slower to fire up, but next day didn't start at all. tried kicking no luck, battery only 2 months old, charged it and fired up first push but next day slow to turn over and no start. charged battery again but no change. Offshore next day so not looked into it all yet but scared myself by reading posts on here. sounds like I have bought myself a load of trouble! First job check volts when starting as it sounds like efi need full 12v to function, correct? Do i new brushes in starter, worth it or do I upgrade to 04 start system some seem to reccommend? Home next week so get stuck in then and see what i can find, hence needing manuals to check out wiring etc.
any info or input appreciated.
