Would like to buy a good bottom end for my 04 EC300.

I have my 2005 EC 250 all parted out.

If I am not mistaken 04 was the last of the counetrbalancer hump cases. 05 and up are not a bolt in.

Mine is rebuildable But with the price of parts I probably could buy a loaded case and be good to go for about the same price. At least that is what I would like to think.

I have shelled out well over a grand in parts, twice rebuilding GG engines. A good used engine is a good option. Also consider buying a clean used complete bike and parting out what you don't need. I got $700 for a set of the old dirtstar did rims alone.

I recently fully rebuilt my 2010 for under $800 including getting the crank pressed and trued. Its a bit of coin but you'll know its fresh and see many more happy hours out of it.
