Good luck with it F5, shawbagger put me onto one on ebay I missed (again thanks mate) from U.S.
that I'll probs have to order, as i only have a few more gg dealers left to call in Aus to exhaust local option (this is an impatience thing to get her back on track)
I'm getting the same from all dealers, they are left in the dark due to ktm take over and some have had parts orders cancelled on them on bikes the have in pieces in thier workshops........nice smooth take over ya orange turds !!

Yep roger that F5, shawbagger put me onto one (slider) on ebay I don't know how I missed that one (again thanks mate), I'll finish tomorrow morning exhausting Aussie stock just due to wanting to get her back on track, if not the bush pig will be going for a run or 2, at least the dr has all the grunt I require to compensate for my lack of skill

Oh , hold on, I've already done a conversation with the latter model swing arm mount and a CRF250 rear guide. Just it doesn't work with 50 tooth sprocket without some jigger pokery my ne conversion is to modify the bracket to take another block I bought. Shesh, the stuff you forget. Was waiting for the chain to wear out to make the swap.

I wonder if this isn't something that could be 3d printed using vesconite filament? (thinking ahead as worst case GG/KTM worries)

I did consider that, might ask some of the CAD guys at werk we have SLA but its media is too brittle. Also have a nasty FDM but that might be fine even if wear rate is high.

The top piece has 5 holes to find the right pair position and I cut it too short after it was too long. Still it gets me in the right place spinning the wheel.

Next will be ally version and pick up that 3rd mount plus bits on the side to ensure it stays central. Might get those bits welded but bolts higher up might be all it needs.

Yep I got the fist what you meant, how did youre guide job go ?
I did my slider, used one from a 2006 ktm250,
Had to drill and tap couple of 6mm holes, so now next replacement will be easy.
